In today’s video, Mark Reifkind shares this great drill showing you how to eliminate tight shoulders by activating the scapula muscles that will allow you to move your arms without your elbows bending, without your biceps winning and without your traps moving up.

If you can’t move your arms out to the side in this frontal plane without those thing happening, then your scapula isn’t doing what it’s supposed to and your shoulders will suffer.
