Taylor Lewis has been a strength coach for 10 years. He received his Master’s Degree from Sonoma State University in Kinesiology and currently works as the Strength Coach for Sonoma State Baseball and owner of TL Strength in San Rafael, CA

Taylor found the love for working with clients with cystic fibrosis while finishing up his masters degree and is currently working with researchers down at Stanford Medical to develop structuralized fitness programs on the quest to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
