World-renowned strength coach Dan John joins Seb and Josh today to talk about the principles behind his Art of Coaching workshops and his book, Can You Go?. This is Dan’s second book and he is hoping to write a third one this year.  Today,  Dan talks about ways coaches and trainers can assess their clients and then create a program that places the focus on what that person needs, (and even some of what they want), in a fitness or training program.
