SMP 59: How To Get A Sub 65 Minute Half Marathon
Welcome to episode 58 of the Strength Matters Podcast.

Today we’re talking to a top runner from New Zealand, a long distance runner, who has just recently beaten the half marathon 65 minute mark which is a huge benchmark in long distance running. He clocks over 100 miles a week when training. We hope you enjoy our talk with Oska Baynes.
Oska runs mostly twice a day, has been running for 5 or 6 years and is getting better and better every day.
“There’s something about being able to do something when you do more you get better at it” – Oska
When asked what the end game was, Oska says the pinnacle would be an Olympic marathon – after that he could retire.
